Reinvent steak night with these light but satisfying, fresh, select-grade Tombo (albacore) steaks. Tombo steaks are cut fresh each morning from whole tunas coming back from the Honolulu fish auction. The premium grade and freshness is extremely hard to compare – experience Hawaiian quality fresh off the boat. These hand-cut portions are perfect for a tataki sear, sauté, grill, or fresh cut poke cube.
