Barramundi, also known as Asian sea bass, is likely the most tender and delicious of all snappers and sea bass due to its delicate, moist, white flakiness. It quickly becomes everyone’s favorite.

Portion Sizing: 6-9 portions, hand-cut, 4-6 oz. each, approx. 36 oz. total weight
Product Details: Fresh, skin-on, boneless
Perishable: Refrigerate at or below 40°F and consume within 5 days

Texture: Tender, flaky
Serving Suggestion: Cook this by dusting with seasoned flour (no flour required if you prefer), sear top side of portion until lightly browned (60 seconds in scorching hot pan with a bit of oil), turn over to skin side, place in preheated 425 F oven for 6 minutes, Remove and let rest for 2 minutes, it will be perfect. If you like, add some butter and capers just prior to turning over, makes a nice sauce. Serve with steamed Bok Choy or whatever you like as an accompaniment.
