Delicious…I had never ordered seafood online so I was apprehensive about quality of sushi grade, mail order, fish. I ordered sushi squares and medium size whole pieces. I loved the flavor of the poke sauces and it wasn’t fishy (I did rinse and pat dry) My order arrived pretty fast, I ordered eight pounds in total and aside from them only putting actual ice packs on the bottom and one of the whole pieces on top being thawed (still plenty cold) it was a great experience, I would order again. It has been really fun making it at home.

So impressed! I was able to select the delivery date and was texted by Fresh Seas to confirm – they even texted when it arrived to check that everything in order. It’s in the mid 90s in Missouri right now so this was really appreciated. Everything arrived frozen solid. I had no issues whatsoever with thawing, package damage, etc. The quality is fantastic. Unlike a lot of frozen fish, it’s not spongy, waterlogged or super “fishy” in smell or taste – just really clean tasting, firm tuna cut in ~1″ cubes. Way better than any of our local poke shops (certainly more economical) and pretty close to what we remembered from our Hawaii trips.
