All products are processed in accordance with Federal food safety standards (HACCP), are packed to arrive in a condition which protects their safety, and that all our products will meet or exceed the purchasers expectations for quality and freshness. In any instance where the purchaser feels the safety or quality is compromised, they may request, and will receive, a full refund for the purchase price of the product, including any freight charges. Requests must be communicated through our website within 72 hours of receipt, for fresh seafood items, and 21 days for all other items.
