Our fresh Hawaiian Ahi sashimi blocks bring the grade A quality you see in restaurants across the US, directly into your own home. Cut daily from the whole loin, these strips are only the best of each fish! This premium Hawaiian ahi block is perfect for preparing sashimi and sushi appetizers (~30-35 sashimi pieces per block). It can also be crusted with sesame seeds and seared as a delightful main course. Sashimi blocks are hand-cut off the tuna loin as close to 16oz as possible.
