Our Hawaiian Select brand frozen Deep Sea Snapper is a mild, delicately textured fish with pink flesh that cooks up translucent and flaky. Grilling this fish will bring out more of its sweet flavor, but it can also be sauteed, baked or steamed. Frozen portions are 4-6oz, individually vaccumed packed and pin bones out.
